H L Woodson is possibly Harry L Woodson, known for building a model replica of the Casey Jones ICRR locomotive 382, which was displayed by Mr Louis Penningroth of St Louis at the unveiling of a bronze marker opposite the spot where Casey Jones perished, 30th April 1900.
