John Hill and Company, popularly known as JoHillCo, was a British firm producing a range of metal figures and accessories, in competition with the perhaps better known firm of Britains. The JoHillCo range was huge, mainly military figures, but with a range of civilians, a farm series, zoo series and railway accessories, too. Later figures were plastic, and the firm continued until the early 1960s. Whilst many of the railway accessories were more in scale with Gauge 1 railways, approximately 1/32 scale, they are often to be seen on 0 gauge layouts.
