The Harris Toy Company was established by Franklin Harrison Harris is 1907, to manufacture cast toys including figures and animals, various horse drawn vehicles, trolley cars and railroads, locomotives and passenger cars. Harris sold the company to Foster Jewell (later Standard Steel Tube Co) in 1907.
