L F Grammes and Son were ornamental metal stampers who, prior to the First World War, produced a standard/wide gauge Doodlebug train in polished copper. Approximately 20-25 sets are known to have survived, some original production by Grammes and Son, others assembled from New Old Stock parts discovered in Allentown during the 1970s.
