Frank A Seiberling established the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1898, then, having lost contol of Goodyear, Seiberling founded the Seiberling Rubber Company to manufacture motor vehicle tires (or tyres) in 1921. Seiberling Latex Products Co was established in Barberton, Ohio in 1928 and began manufacturing toys in 1931, and is particularly known for rubber Disney squeak characters such as Snow White and Mickey Mouse made under licence, until 1942. Seiberling also produced a range of rubber road vehicles.
