Saginaw Pattern and Manufacturing Co, still trading today (2024) as Saginaw Industries, was run by Bill Lenoir who introduced a range of Pennsylvania RR locomotive kits in 1940, as illustrated below. Multiple kits were planned, the first kit, the H10, being introduced in 1940 followed by G5 and E 6 kits the following year. The outbreak of WWII curtailed further production. The H10 kit was reintroduced by Central Locomotive Works during the mid 1950s.
