Novo Toys Limited was a trading company, not a manufacturer. When tooling for Frog and Tri-ang toys passed from UK to USSR, tooling and therefore work was split or shared between various factories within the USSR, in true Soviet fashion. The four main centres were in Donetsk (Ukraine), Moscow (Russia), Minsk (Belarus) and Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Others include plants in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kirghizia and elsewhere. See also Yunost.
