Lee B Green launched the short lived enterprise Mi-Loco (The Miniature Locomotive Company) during the early-mid 1930s, building a range of 17/64th scale 0 railroad products. Mr Green contracted with auto parts casting company Congress Tool and Die of Detroit to produce two models, a New York Central Hudson and Pennsylvania RR K5, neither of which recouped their cost of investment, due to competition from Scale Craft and Lionel. Mr Green's business was absorbed by Congress Tool and Die, the largest creditor, in April 1937 and relaunched by them as Min-I-Scale. Congress Tool and Die found the business equally unprofitable and terminated model railroad production by the end of 1938.
