Marx track? Marx only made 027 track. Well, yes, Marx only made 027 PROFILE track, but in two circle diameters, both to the same 027 profile. 027 circle is twenty seven inch diameter, and 034 is thirty four inches diameter, to the outside rail. Marx 027 track has three ties (sleepers) per rail section whereas 034 has five. The 034 track range includes curves, crossings, turnouts (switches) and straight track. Marx also made underlay for their track, and, of course, two rail track for their clockwork/mechanical trains together with plastic track for the Marx-Tronic sets.
