Six Inch, Eight Wheel Cars
The Marx six inch cars with eight wheels (two trucks) were manufactured from 1936 until the Marx factories switched to war related production in 1942. Whilst most six inch four wheel cars are fitted with automatic or one way couplers, tab and slot couplers were also used. The same lithographed bodies were fitted to both four and eight wheeled cars.
