When is a building an accessory, or an accessory a building? The Marx Billboard was produced as catalog 0225 and 0225/4 (non illuminated) and 0226 (illuminated) using the same frames and posters, the Illuminated frames incorporating a clip on lamp unit. The plastic frames are dark green, light green or yellow, fitted with one of seven billboards, Ajax Cleanser, Cities Service, Colgate Dental Cream, Crosley TV, Halo Shampoo, Palmolive Soap or Sinclair Gasoline.
