La Vie du Rail is a French publisher who issued 0 scale locomotives as unpainted kits in the 1980s, actual manufacturer unknown. La Vie du Rail (Railway Life) was created in 1952 as the in house magazine of the nationalised French railway, SNCF, but became independent in 1965, although SNCF retain a ten per cent shareholding.
